Rajput Princess

In all her Royal splendour, she tells the story of her times….
Inspired by the traditional Indian Rajput paintings that evolved in an era where art and culture flourished in Rajasthan. These paintings portray the cultural and royal stories of the time and often have themes such as Radha Krishna, Rajput princesses and royal army processions depicting elephants, horses and camels in all their splendour. Vibrant colours and intense detailing that tell a story are often the characteristics of these miniature paintings. Organic natural colours were used along with precious metals such as gold and silver to depict the grandeur.
